"RESPONSIVE FROM THE TIME I GOT THERE" I was amazed at how fast the dealership got our CR-V in for the passenger side airbag inflator recall. Very impressive. I was also quite impressed at what a good listener the service writer was in regards to some details I asked about while the vehicle was there and how thoroughly he followed them up without me having to double check on following them up. Attention to detail like that is a rarity today.
"Always a Good Experience at Berlin City Honda" I've had two Hondas serviced at Berlin City. The work has always been fairly priced, timely and the waiting room is pleasant. I also bought a used Honda at Berlin City last year and the same excellent standards of fair pricing and timely service applied. In comparison to the Honda dealership where I bought my first Honda, Berlin City's superiority in every aspect truly stands out.

"Best, easiest ever sales experience" It was a professional, no pressure, organized & responsive to my needs experience. Great communication with Ted. All accomplished with an effective combination of emails, texts and appointments. I got everything I needed in the transaction including information, trade-in credit and pricing. This transaction felt like a win-win.
"State inspection sticker" Appointment at 10 AM, into service , Happy Rick Quimby was the technician . He’s the best no stories just honest advice as needed.also the coffee was very good.
"Short and quick" I brought my car in for an inspection. They came and got me 45 minutes later, and I was on my way. Faster than usual.
"Excellent as always" Jessica was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Explained everything in detail. Great customer service. Mechanic Mohamad Said came out and spoke. Really felt like they cared.
"Couldn't have been better service. Quick and easy for me. I " servicepersons were attentive and helpful I was greeted promptly when I walked in .Dillon explained what was needed and I left feeling well served. Amen
"No hassle purchase and quick resolution of follow-up issue" I leased a new CR-V and the salesman was very helpful and friendly. He was also very helpful when I brought it back a few days later, after I noticed what I thought were scratches from a carrier strap. Turns out that it was just some glue left over from the protective covering and they had it cleaned off and I was on my way in about 15 minutes.
