"Saturday service " Made appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. Perfect, fits right into my busy schedule. Everything went smoothly with the car service and Ryan fully reviewed what was done. I totally appreciate that Berlin goes out of their way to make the wait comfortable for us. Coffee ?? 😁. I do want to point out the phone charger station I was soooo excited to see was broken Many of the wires and ends just broken. Luckily I had my own charger with me
"Bobby Ramos for CEO" I have never worked with a friendlier, more informative and overall excellent service provider. I brought my new CR-V in for first time service. Bobby greeted me and made sure I understood what would be done. When I picked the car up, we went over every inch together and he covered the checklist. His professionalism and personable manner made the experience great!

"Lug Nut Removal" The key for the locking nuts on my alloy wheels broke after I loosened 3 of the 4 wheel nuts. Needed help from Berlin City to remove the 4th nut. Ryan York was able to squeeze me in during a very busy week and got the nut off quickly. Very helpful. Now I can put on my snow tires ahead of the next storm. Thanks Ryan and team.
"repair rear calipers and roters" Dillon was very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. Eric who initially made the appointment rearranged the tech work schedule to accommodate my needs
"Excellent Service" My Service Advisor Eric went out of his way to make sure an unplanned repair to my Pilot was taken care of quickly and even took the time to explain to me what other repairs may be needed in the future. He made sure that this caused the least disruption to my busy life. I brought my Pilot in to a Honda dealership out of state (not by choice as I was traveling) to get a headlight replaced and they discovered a few concerns.
