My wife just had her Lexus serviced at Berlin City. Within 10 miles her tire went flat. A 4 inch spike went through the inner wall of the tire by the rim. She never saw any debris on the road, didn't hear a noise. The warning light came on and the tire went flat. My wife called the dealership asked for assistance and was informed there were no managers around to assist her. She called Lexus Roadside assistance. They were great. Replaced the tire.
