Would prefer to pick zero. Had a terrible experience recently with service desk assoc, service mgr, sales mgr and salesman all involved and I left there very upset as they all knew and I never heard from anyone after the disastrous appointment. If they cared about their clients they would have reached out.

Absolutely terrible service department. Lynne and Amy never answer the phone. They couldn’t fix most problems with my car and they refuse to honor a Lexus factory warranty if the car was purchased at another dealer. They refuse to let you speak to a tech or take a ride to try diagnosing the problem. The worst customer service I have ever experienced after dealing with BMW’s, Acura’s, Infiniti’s, Toyota’s etc.
