I’ve tried doing business 2-3 times. Always quoted $10-15k less than everywhere else on my trades. Sometimes it’s hard to get a call back
My NX300 was purchased in June, we had an issue with the middle seat belt in the rear at the end of August. We were told the part would be ordered and someone would call to schedule an appointment once it arrived. with everything going on in the world we weren't too concerned with a long wait. To those who are thinking about buying a Lexus, I hope my story will make you think twice before making your decision. I bought my car brand new 2018 RX 350 and signed up for the extended 8 year warranty plan. I worked as a frontline healthcare worker outside of Portland, I had a contract in Maine. Id recommend a lexus, but not from this place. The sales guys will really blind you with all the talk, what do you expect that’s how they make a living just don’t buy into their bs. Now that I’ve owned my Lexus and dealt with this dealership the past couple years I will never be going back. They are the worst service possible. From charging you and not actually fixing the problem to creating new issues and then telling you they can’t look at it for 2-3 weeks. I’ve owned and driven only Lexus since 2003, and all of our vehicles have been serviced through this dealership. I believe in loyalty to the brand and to the dealership. I’ve seen staff turnover including the Service Manager, and it’s never impacted the quality of the service I received until today. Horrible service department. My car was recently there nearly six weeks for an issue with the navigation unit. To be fair, some of the wait time was for parts, but the car often sat for nearly a week when all required parts were in--just waiting for a technician to be assigned to work on it. The icing on the cake was to get the car back filthy inside, with two minor parts missing and the floor air vent not properly re-installed. Would prefer to pick zero. Had a terrible experience recently with service desk assoc, service mgr, sales mgr and salesman all involved and I left there very upset as they all knew and I never heard from anyone after the disastrous appointment. If they cared about their clients they would have reached out.
