Had a Great experience with Berlin city Nissan service on my 07 Nissan Altima . I would bring it back their again.
I want to thank Steve Kenney, and the rest of Berlin City Nissan of Portland for making my buying a new car such an EASY experience. Steve really listened to what I needed, from start to finish the customer service was Excellent. This is the first time that I have ever had a truly enjoyable experience buying a new car! Nick Nadeau and the rest of the team that helped me yesterday were great and got me into the exact car that I needed and wanted. They listened to what I needed in a car and made sure I felt comfortable with all terms. The whole process was quick and easy, and I was extremely excited to drive my brand new car home just a couple hours later. I'm very happy with my choice of car and dealer, and can't recommend them highly enough!

I had been searching over a week for a Jeep Wrangler!! I was having some issues with other dealerships being shady and I was beyond stressed. Then, my financial institution was being a little hesitant on the loan I needed!! All I can say is I found the Jeep that I wanted and Berlin City made it happen!!! Thank you to Steve, Kalaii and especially Chris for making me one very happy girl!!!! You guys were great to me!!!

I have to say how pleased I am with Berlin City Nissan's service team. Last night my car made a clunk-sproing noise. I took it to my mechanic who said it had a broken coil spring and there is a recall. I called the dealer right after I left, they took my car right in, gave me a ride to work, fixed it & picked me up. All at no charge. They were courteous, friendly plus they gave me a coupon for a free car wash!! I'd never taken my cars here for service or bought any cars from this dealer. We bought our Nissan Rogue there today and Alex Lefebvre was great. It felt like we were buying a car from a friend. My husband and I went to Berlin City Nissan looking for a work van for him. The car salesman Mike Hanlon was the best car salesman we have ever worked with. He knew we didn't want to spent all night after looking for a van for 2 nights. We filled out the credit app his manger Patrick Demers can over and told us it would be only 15 minutes more the finance manager Robert Valle worked very quickly to get our financing done and we were out of there in about an hour. We went to look at a Suburban appr on week ago. We were very happy and comfortable with the customer service we received. ED Giroux is who we spoke to because Nick had stepped out. The entire staff helped us with 3 different payment plans we could look at, and made the decision much easier to make.
