I now have had 2 cars from Berlin City, both without seeing them before they were delivered to my front door. I have to say not too shabby! However the one I am in now, I love! Wished it had tinted windows though :( Chris the finance manager was awesome to work with. Called me up and within a few hours I had my new car delivered the same day! Thanks again Berlin City! Oh and the lady who delivered my car was cool as well!
Worked with Nick on getting a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. Excellent sales guy, no pressure at any point during my experience working with him. Ben in financial made it possible for me to take home my new wheels with no stress either! They live up to their "Take it easy" slogan. Best of all they delivered the car to me same day, 80 miles away from the dealership. Worth the drive!
I have had 5 cars from Berlin city. The service here is above and beyond any other I have had in my 40+ years of car ownership. It is their Service Dept that keeps me coming back. This is the first time that I have ever had a truly enjoyable experience buying a new car! Nick Nadeau and the rest of the team that helped me yesterday were great and got me into the exact car that I needed and wanted. They listened to what I needed in a car and made sure I felt comfortable with all terms. The whole process was quick and easy, and I was extremely excited to drive my brand new car home just a couple hours later. I had been searching over a week for a Jeep Wrangler!! I was having some issues with other dealerships being shady and I was beyond stressed. Then, my financial institution was being a little hesitant on the loan I needed!! All I can say is I found the Jeep that I wanted and Berlin City made it happen!!!
