Let me start off by saying I'm using my dads Facebook to write this review since I don't have one.. My experience at Nissan of Portland was phenomenal all because of Nick in service. After tirelessly calling around different Nissan dealerships to talk with someone about the issue with my car I called Portland Nissan and explained what's going on with my 370z. Berlin City Nissan in (South) Portland is by far the best In sales and service! The service department is exceptional - everyone is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Believe it or not, I actually enjoy dropping off my Murano and visiting with the service team. It's truly EASY and enjoyable - I trust their prices and service. Thank you Berlin City - especially Nick and Marty and service team! ( And thanks for snacks in the waiting area!)

Nick Browning and the Mechanical/Technical Staff are the best.
The service center here does a great job, the waiting area is comfortable and the shuttle is so convenient for our busy schedules.
