Great professional team - requested quote on the Nissan page and had an email within an hour from Nick Gys. After a brief call with Berlin in price, Thomas the Manager treated us great. What struck me was the respect and prompt attention to detail all the way through Chris in finance. I’ve leased several vehicles from “that other dealer in Sanford” and this experience was the best yet!

I asked for alot from this dealership and they said YES or accomodated my every wish. They are the ONLY dealership that didnt make me feel like what I needed was impossible, in fact, quite the opposite. Berlin City Nissan in South Portland was a breath of fresh air! I can't thank Tom enough for taking on all of the questions I had while leasing my very first car. A huge thanks to him and the team for understanding my concerns and allowing my mother and I to feel at home while spending our entire afternoon at Nissan.
