Planned on visiting multiple dealerships but that changed when I found the Frontier I loved at Berlin City Nissan. I’ve used them for all services on my Xterra & appreciate Marty’s service, knowledge & honesty each time I’ve gone there. I walked away with the truck I wanted, and so appreciate the fact both Chris & Eric wanted to ensure I felt great about my decision to buy from them! Everything I wanted, I got, even things I wouldn’t have asked, thinking I would need to pay & increase the amount due.. but NOPE, everything they did to ensure my concerns were erased by going above & beyond... and for the first time ever, I left this dealership with exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted! Nice to know I’ll have their trustworthy service department taking good care of me! Huge thank you to Eric & Chris who made this the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! As you folks say... I love this company. They are great. Everyone is trying to help. This is also a nice way of doing business. The customer reception and discussions are good. I have met Mr. Chris. He is really wonderful and he is trying to win customers and thus he will earn money after dealing with the customer. They all helped me buy the car and I look forward to moving forward with them

Tom responded promptly to my inquiry and was very accommodating. They held the truck for me as I was traveling and made me a very fair offer.
