I was very indecisive because I loved 2 different bedroom sets. Visited a number of times. Diane was so accommodating. Never pushy. I finally made my choice, actually added a lounge lift chair, and we love our new furniture. Thank you!
We had a great experience at Bernie and Phyl's. We needed a low headboard due to the ceiling pitch on our bedroom. I found a bed we both like but we didn't care for the matching pieces. But it didn't take us long to find a beautiful dresser, chest and nightstand that would look wonderful with the bed frame.
We could not have asked for a more helpful or nicer salesman than Carl Ward in the Westboro store. We were buying our second living room set after using the first for over 15 years, that we bought from Bernie and Phil's. We passed that to our Grandson who made a move to his own place, still in great shape. He gave us his undivided attention, helped me to make some style decisions, had great patience. Thoroughly pleased with the whole experience.

Mr Phillip Ong was the salesman at Bernie and Phil’s Braintree store who assisted me in purchasing bedroom furniture for my grandson. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
