The purchase and delivery of two mattresses was great! The sales rep.Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the product. The two gentlemen that delivered the mattresses were extremely polite and efficient. I highly recommend Bernie & Phyl's!!
The attention and customer service on the showroom floor was outstanding. The entire process from selection, purchase, delivery, and installation was first rate. The one thing that was a plus was that B&P removes the old item during delivery. Most outlets are not providing that service. I WILL shop there in the future.
