Our salesman Carl was well Knowledged and honest about wht he knew or did not know about the products. I felt he was trying to educate us about the product and help us figure out what best would Meet our needs. He wasn’t just trying to push the most expensive product on us.
We dealt with Jason, at the Nashua NH store. He asked us what we were looking for, our price range. We found a bed, and mattress in our price range, ordered it, did the paperwork and were out of the store in less than a half hour. He was polite, nice, friendly, and at no time put pressure on us, or tried to upsell us. We left very happy.
Great experience, no pressure to buy but very helpful and the prices were great.
