Diane un the sleep center was very knowledgeable and helpful
My first trip to Bernie and Phyls in Newington, NH was on Saturday, 3/23/19. I was greeted by Diane who was very knowledgeable and very helpful in determining the best mattress and base for me. My items were delivered yesterday - on time and by very professional men. I had an enjoyable sleep on my new purchase last night and look forward to many more. I would highly recommend Bernie and Phyls.
Friendly and easy
I had a wonderful experience at the Westborough store. My salesman, Paul, was great. Very personable and accommodating. My furniture has not been delivered yet, but so far, the experience has been terrific!
I ordered the item on a Sunday night and received it was delivered that Friday without any issues. Great service
