Our sales rep, Daniel at the Newington NH store was amazing! Sectional is great quality and comfortable. Unfortunately it looks like the delivery guys may have dropped it and there is a severe tear in the fabric and dirt on a corner of the sectional, but Daniel was great and worked with us to exchange the couch. In addition to the tear, the sectional is too big for our living room so Daniel helped us exchange it.
Heading to the mattress department, at least 2 employees asked if I needed help and directed me to the right department. I was immediately welcomed by George. We discussed my needs and I tried several mattresses. He didn't rush or pressure me. He was well informed and pleasant. I was convinced I needed a firm mattress but the plush was a better fit for me. I wanted a Sealy (my old mattress) I left after purchasing a Stearns and Foster with an adjustable base, which I am hoping will be my perfect mattress. It was more expensi... read more
Service was top notch. All the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Couldn't ask for more in a furniture store!
We were asked if we needed help. Sales clerk was very helpful and didn’t rush us. Was very patient

Website was very easy to use. Didn’t order online but used it to browse options. We purchased a mattress and went into the Newington store to try them out first.
