From the moment we entered the store we were treated respectfully and without pressured sales tactics. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the furniture and any questions we had were answered completely. Excellent customer service when we had an issue with our first couch, nine months later they told us to exchange it if we weren’t happy and gave me all the money I spent in towards another. Unheard of guest experience. Always the first and last store I stop in to buy furniture at. Quality is outstanding.
