After receiving my new dinning room set I realized that, although it was very nice, it really didn’t fit well in my house. I spoke to a sales associate who agreed to switch out the current set with another one at no extra delivery charge. Great customer service.

The first reclining sofa was uncomfortable and sat very high off the floor. Called customer service and they said they credit me so I could pick out another one. Very happy with new sofa and customer service

Marianne in Westboro was so helpful!! We went to other stores and felt pressured and rushed. She informed us on the products and then allowed us to make our own decision without pressuring us and trying to upsell out of our budget.
