Showroom was nicely laid out - not overwhelming. ***** associates were helpful and not high pressure like other stores. **** prices and easy checkout process.

We wandered around the first floor and didn't find what we were looking for. *********** struck up a conversation, and when we told her what we were interested in she took us directly to it on the second floor. 20 minutes later the deal was done and delivery was set. No pressure, no hassle."

Recently we needed to return an item (not defected, just changed my mind) and it was so easy, the people we spoke with were fantastic. I can not say enough about this company, we love the furniture and employees have been a joy to work with.
