The sales associate that helped me today, **** *******, was very professional , patient, helpful, and courteous . He answered all of my questions honestly and informatively. I was very satisfied with my service.
Sales person Mariana I think her name was (********* Store) was super helpful and professional. Very informed. She helped me to find all the pieces I needed.
Can only comment on the customer service that I received when I went in as I have not received my product yet. It was a very good experience. I walked in and was able to look around with no pressure. When I asked for assistance, the four people I had contact with were friendly, professional and helpful. I bought a dining room set and ** excited to get it.
We went to buy a slit king mattress, the sales person was very informative and not pushy, he directed us to what he thought was best based on our thoughts of what we were looking for. After trying a few different mattresses we did end up with the ones that we were leaning towards after doing much research ahead of time. We have not received delivery yet but so far *********************** was a good experience.
We did not wait very long for assistance. As we were waiting we were greeted by 2 salespeople who assured us wed be helped shortly, and we were, salesperson was knowledgeable about the mattresses we were interested in.
The sales staff were very friendly and willing to help in every way.
Once I finally connected with a sales person (***), service was great. Web site needs a lot of help! ***** person gave me the online sales phone number, said they open @ 9. Called the number, said they were closed and open @ 10. Call someone again, said they opened @ 11. Almost impossible to order online.
Excellent recent purchase of 2 living room chairs I found in the perfect fabric for our beach house! Friendly service and a great price!
