Greeted courteously,directed the right department and told the name of the person who could help me. That sales person was very helpful. I completed my purchase in about 20 minutes and was delighted to learn not only that the mattress was in stock but that it could be delivered as soon as the next day.

Sales guy was awesome and no pressure. When i was discussing price with my mom he let us talk discreetly. When I described what I was looking for he led us to what we wanted. If I was looking myself it would have taken a lot longer in the store. We were done in just under an hour
