We shop around and as usual always find Bernie and Phyl’s has Respectful and knowledgeable sale staff with no **and a much better selection of goods. Always seem to find what we want.

We went to several furniture stores, we were either ignored or told 6 plus months for delivery. We approached a salesman at Bernie and Phyl's and completed our transaction within 10 minutes with a quoted delivery of 8 or 9 weeks. Very happy with our experience!!
Worked with Tracy today. Lovely young lady. Very helpful and not pushy. She let us do our looking and checked in with us to see if we had questions. Once we picked our furniture out she was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing fabric.
Josh provided fantastic customer service. He was very informative, answered our questions and didn't push any products. He helped us pick out our furniture in a very helpful way and we would ask him again to help in the future. Prices were reasonable for delivery and protection package. We will go back if looking for furniture again.
