My wife and I have purchased a lot of furniture over the years from Bernie & Phyls and each time we have been treated well by the sales staff and the delivery staff as well. We have never had a negative experience with them at all. Our furniture is high quality and it lasts a long time. I look forward to shopping at Bernie & Phyls again!
They were good. The amount of time for delivery on a special order recliner(because of color) is a little ridiculous, but the sales person was excellent!
Love Bernie & Phyl's great customer service. Needed a mattress right away and the salesperson was able to help me on the day I walked in to the Saugus store.
