We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted but when we did unfortunately do to the pandemic the chair my wife wanted was not in stock and would not be for months. But they were patient and helpful in finding a chair that was comparable to the one she wanted. Over all we were happy with our purchase and experience. Prices are fair and quality of furniture good.
I had a very good experience shopping at Bernie & ****`s. The associate was very helpful and he answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. My next visit with them is to get a new bed.
************ Store didnt have the ******* set I wanted in there Showroom so she directed me to ****** or ********* so since ****** was closer to I went there today. Great experience there. ***** was very nice and compassionate since I was on crutches. I saw the set I was looking for and we talked about it and he explained this and told me it was made in *** which was nice to hear and it was made very nice. **** was made but the bed wasnt in stock but that was ok I expected that would probably happen. The sales person was wonderful and so down to earth . I bought a sectional at the outlit store . I am going back to get more furniture. I have been looking for the right sectional for a long time found it there with a great price the first 5 minutes in the store.

We have been purchasing furniture from B & * for 25 yrs & today was no different. Excellent as usually. We had sales associate ***** in ****** he was awesome he remembered us from 6 yrs ago in Saugus. We had a situation with a king size mattress set . B & * took great care of us.
