Had an excellent experience my first time at Bernie & *****. ***** greeted my husband and I, asked how she could help us and walked us through the process of purchasing our living room sofa and loveseat. She knew we were looking for a specific size/style and one she found the one we were interested in assisted us with picking out the perfect fabric. ***** was extremely knowledgeable about their furniture and fabrics and made our experience simply a pleasure.
My wife & I stopped in at the ********* ** Bernie & ****'s to check out new beds in the sleep center and was extremely pleased the way we were treated by the sales person ******. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us decide to purchase the bed that was right for us. Great service & store!"

Another excellent experience at Bernie & ****'s. First, the store on Rt 9 in Westboro does a very good job complying with ***** restrictions. We were shopping for a recliner and the salesman asked a few questions then showed us several that meet our requirements. He was able to answer all our questions about the various models; colors available, features (who knew power recliners could do so many things), and how soon delivery could be made of the models we liked best.
