Great service, patient sales person, no rush or pressure, good price plus Massachusetts tax holiday and discount savings, and no delivery charge. Estimated savings: $150. No hassle, no parking problems, nothing negative. I cannot evaluate the final product as it will not be delivered for two months due to manufacturer delays arising from the pandemic crisis. Stood by a bad piece of furniture. I gave 4 stars. Subtracted 1 star for all the grief customer service gave me. Had to call the store directly. I can’t stand people who don’t listen and can’t think. Customer service is always good but the young lady in service just didn’t listen.

We got Luke to help us at the Saugus Ma location and he was a great help, helped me with options and we were able to get a living room and bedroom set with chairs. Best experience ever
Bernie & Phyls always provides excellent service. We've bought many pieces of furniture there. We went today for tax free weekend and bought an * ******* mattress and adjustable base. The gentleman that helped us was awesome. Great place. I highly recommend Bernie and Phyls.
