Unlike other appliance retailers, he responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and gave me the information I needed to determine a course of action.
We recently purchased a Dacor 30" Dual Fuel Range as a replacement for our previous stove and we couldn't be happier with both the product and the service provided. We have dealing with Best Brand for a major kitchen renovation in 2015 and more recently needed to purchase a dual fuel range. appliance purchase Great in store shopping experience with Aaron at the Vaughn location of Best Brand Appliances. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . Would highly recommend the store and Aaron. Delivery wont be for a while but that was my choice.
Worth the wait I did my research. I went to many stores. BestBrand did offer the best price with zero haggling. The range was stock, the fridge was delayed. I waited for the fridge for delivery and am very pleased with my purchases (FisherPaykel). I dealt with Cara, she says it like it is, she keeps her word if she is going to look into something for you, and she will get back to you.
