Surprise fee I am Developer and purchased a full package of Thermador appliances from them for the first time and for the final payment, they asked for a %2.5 fee (credit card fee) which nobody told me from the begining and nowhere else (other suppliers) charged this fee before.
Great overall experience So different from buying in a big box store. Prices are comparable but service is excellent! We were very happy to have someone guide us through our purchase, er actually ended up buying a higher model with better features at the same price as the lower model. We highly recommend CAS for your next appliance purchase.
Refrigerator Mother purchased a fridge and it was delivered without handles installed. Never informed by the sales representative-Ray- that was standard policy. Spoke to customer service and was told sales representative can’t possibly inform customer of all delivery policies too many to remember. What they don’t under fridge wouldn’t of been purchased if inform of that policy. When asked about return policy informed it would have to be approved first. Really never stated that on receipt!!! I am also unable to call you back because you never left your name or number. Delivery does include on free standing product ( fridges stainless) for handles to be put on if the customer request this. Bosch Fridge 800 Series I purchased a BOSCH FRIDGE 800 SERIES Jan. 2011 from Best Brand. The company stopped making parts for this model. I have an 8 year old fridge which I need to scrap because it cannot get serviced. Taxes in $8475.

Terrible Service. I had a terrible experience with these guys. My appliances weren't delivered and when I asked if they can process a refund they refused the first time. My husband and I have followed multiple times with them for refund. They were very quick to take the payment - i.e. take the credit card number and charge us in 5 minutes. But a refund is such a hassle for them. We keep getting bounced around from one associate to another.
