Courtney was AMAZING! She listened to us, gave us advice, booked our extras, our dining, and helped us with our lightning lanes! Courtney was phenomenal. She was so helpful and attentive. She was able to find us a great price, work with our group located across to different states/time zones, and was so communicative to May sure we were ready for our trip. I typically don’t use an agent but have now realized how valuable it is. Courtney took a lot of the planning on in order for us to have a great time. My experience with Cody Hand and Best Day Ever Vacations was perfect. From start to finish, he made the process easy. He knew when the window to book events opened and never needed a reminder, he simply went online and got it done.
