Jennifer was the perfect Travel agent. It is not easy to work with me, a million questions and enough dunce to misunderstand. We were also booking for 3 families, a party of 10. I would never be able to do this on my own. Jennifer was available immediately when there was a question/problem while at the resort and even in the parks. She knew which resort would be best for us, and made suggestions I didn't even know I needed. Thank you so much Jennifer for making our once in a lifetime reunion/vacation wonderful!

My travel planner, Courtney is such a sweetheart. She encouraged me to give the Freedom class on Royal a try and I am so glad we did. I think Freedom is a wonderful ship, beautiful, incredibly clean with a fabulous attentive staff. There was never a moment when we felt too crowded or couldn't find a seat. I was trying to plan a cruise for my family of 4 and was getting lost in the options. I watched a random review video that mentioned they use “Best Day Ever” for vacation plannin,g and I sent an email just to see what kind of information I could get.
