Amy was phenomenal — honestly, phenomenal might not even be a strong enough word. She took all the stress out of planning and helped us create the most magical experience for our very first Disney vacation. I cant express the gratitude i have for Best Day Ever Vacations and especially Kelsey. She truly made the experience for my sons 7th birthday easy and most importantly magical. Every detail and any help i needed she responded promptly and efficiently. She checked in at appropriate times and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Best Day Ever Vacations is an invaluable resource for all things Disney. Our advisor Aimee Cook was an absolute pleasure to work with. She found discounts that I never would have found on my own and was an amazing fountain of knowledge when it came to scheduling and providing advice on airport travel, Lightning Lanes, rope drop suggestions and dinner reservations. I wholeheartedly recommend taking the stress out of maneuvering Disney World by using Best Day Ever (and absolutely Aimee Cook).

I can not say enough about our Best Day Ever Vacation Agent, Jennifer Coffey!!!! She was so fantastic.  I was hesitant to use an agent, but read several reviews and thought I would give Best Day Ever Vacations a try.  I was connected with Jennifer Coffey.  I told her that I wanted to plan a trip to Disney World for my husband's 50th birthday and our 5yr wedding anniversary.  Jennifer asked a few questions and sent over a survey to get to know us and our needs better.  Let me tell you, I was blown away by what she presented m... read more

Tana Williams was an absolute gem from start to finish! We were Disney World newbies, and quite overwhelmed by the process. Tana supported and guided us through every single step from selecting a hotel to choosing restaurants and enchanting extras that were a GREAT fit for our family, and navigating lighting lanes. We worked with Maggie Mirarchi to book our first cruise 45 days before embarkation. It was so nice to have someone so knowledgeable to handle the booking and give us lots of tips and tricks along the way! I felt better knowing that I could contact her for questions.
