Absolutely loved Courtney! She did a fabulous job planning our cruise! I never felt pressured or hurried into making any decisions with her. She is knowledgeable and always responded quickly! Courtney was absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful in the planning of our first Royal Caribbean cruise. Disney 2026 was my family's first big trip and I wanted it to be perfect. Four adults and a child. Enter Michelle Dunn. From the first contact she was prompt, easy to get ahold of,and knowledgeable of the Disney parks, resorts and perks. All questions were a answered and worked through. As always, Alisha made the trip simple to plan for this busy mom! We had gotten tickets for our trip, but when we went to reserve a park, they were both booked!!! Thankfully Alisha came to the rescue so I didn’t have to make a single call. She got us into the park, and we had a great time. 100/10 recommend
