Absolutely loved Courtney! She did a fabulous job planning our cruise! I never felt pressured or hurried into making any decisions with her. She is knowledgeable and always responded quickly! I would not hesitate to book with her again. Everything was taken care of and she also contacted us on the ship to make sure all was perfect!!! Also when we returned! Best Day Ever is the best! Courtney was absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful in the planning of our first Royal Caribbean cruise. Our family dreamed of trying the Icon of the Seas to celebrate my parents 70th birthdays and Courtney made this dream a reality! She helped coordinate all the little details and I am so appreciative. Disney 2026 was my family's first big trip and I wanted it to be perfect. Four adults and a child. Enter Michelle Dunn. From the first contact she was prompt, easy to get ahold of,and knowledgeable of the Disney parks, resorts and perks. All questions were a answered and worked through. As always, Alisha made the trip simple to plan for this busy mom! We had gotten tickets for our trip, but when we went to reserve a park, they were both booked!!! Thankfully Alisha came to the rescue so I didn’t have to make a single call. She got us into the park, and we had a great time. 100/10 recommend

April Hawkins was incredibly helpful throughout our entire 2 year process- from the time we booked, until the time we embarked! Any question or confusion we had, she was quick to answer and provide us clarity. She was able to accommodate many last minute changes for us. We had a very large group that I’m sure was not the easiest to maneuver but April did so flawlessly. We had an amazing experience from start to finish and we couldn’t imagine the vacation going any smoother.

Raakhee Mathur was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping my son and I enjoy a trip to Disneyland. We had many questions about the DAS pass, and how to navigate the entire Disney experience. She was responsive, positive and always available when I needed her assistance. The trip would have been more frustrating and confusing without her expertise.
