Stephanie Lombardi was our travel agent for my boyfriend and I’s surprise Disney trip that my family had planned for us!! She made it so special and we were so surprised!! After attempting to book a Disney vacation for my daughter and her boyfriend I realized I needed the help of travel agent and thank goodness I found Stephanie Lombardi. This was our first experience with BDE, and we were lucky enough to work with Molly on a Disney cruise for extended family. Molly was very well informed about the cruise line, and was very generous in sharing a LOT of information with us. I really like that she shot us emails whenever an important date (e.g., payment, check-in) was approaching, and gave us guidance on how to prepare and respond. I would definitely use BDE again.

Working with Katie Ross on my family’s accommodations for our upcoming Disney trip has been an absolute blessing. It was such a joy to work with Brenna Rideout on coordinating our family Disney Cruise!
