Our travel agent, Jesska Daugherty, has been awesome from day 1 of planning our Disney World vacation. It was our first time going, and I had a million questions of which Jess was quick with her responses and super thorough. We had to stick to a budget and Jess helped provide options that allowed us to do everything we wanted without feeling like we were missing out. We decided to to take our entire family(27 people) on a vacation and someone mentioned a cruise. A friend of mine had recommended that we get in touch with April Hawkins with Best Day Ever Vacations. This was my first cruise and just planning it for that many people, rooms, paperwork, excursions, upgrades etc seemed to be a huge undertaking. Best Day Ever was the best thing ever for us to use for our Disneyland vacation. Jessie Gonzales was our trip advisor and was AMAZING! She was always readily available and gave great suggestions. She helped us have a seamless trip. We will definitely use them again for the next Disney trip!

April Hawkins was our agent and she was amazing. After we booked , she found lower rates and rebooked our party of 19! Saved us a bunch. Great communicator. On our way from the airport to a cruise, the traffic was terrible. Called her and she was able to check with cruise and reassure all 19 that it would be OK. Would not hesitate to work with her again. Would actually consider myself foolish if I didn’t

When I decided to take my 3 children on their first trip to disneyland I started searching the Web. And there was a ridiculous amount of hacks and cheats and websites and all kinds of information on where to stay. It was great to work with a travel agent who loves Disney as much as I do! Amy Harrison is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and communicative. She stayed on top of all of the details of our most recent WDW trip. Looking forward to booking our next trip with her soon!

I would give Tiffany 10 Stars! She is very patient and knows her disney stuff. Often suggests ways to make trip better. We have used her company multiple time and never disappointed! Highly recommend! Butler Family
