Sara has been so helpful with planning our family Disney vacations. Whether they are impromptu trips with only three weeks of notice or with ten months of planning. My family had a magical time at Walt Disney World. I had no idea where to start in planning this magical experience. Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was having Michelle Dunn as our agent. We booked a cruise for the first time since pre pandemic and not only did she book us seamlessly (even having to take off people from rooms, book new ones, and her navigating and calling to remove unwanted fees for changing around), she also gave us so many suggestions, sent us videos on the ship and even sent us her personal recommendations on must haves to bring on the cruise (which of course we used - magnetic hooks are a MUST!). Meg was so helpful! Booking this trip was so incredibly complicated and she knew all the ins and outs of every step. She put together overall planning ideas, suggestions for how long to go and where, what kids my age would want or not want to do, and generally how to maximize our time. She had so many tips that came in handy (and made me look good in front of my mother-in-law), gave me explanations of the pros and cons of various offerings, and how to get a jump on booking things we really wanted before they were gone. We had a great experience working with Jocelyn on our Disney trip. She booked our hotel and park tickets for us, and made the whole process so easy. She was quick to respond, patient with all of our questions, and never made us feel like she was pushing extras—we always felt she genuinely wanted us to have the best vacation for our family. Her tips and guidance were super helpful as we thought through stroller options, reservations, Lightning Lane strategy, etc, and we’d absolutely work with her again!

Courtney Kartman was the travel agent who helped me plan my honeymoon. All I had to do was give her an idea of what I wanted (royal caribbean cruise) and she already had a list going for me.
