April Hawkins did a great job coordinating our cruise on NCL Encore. We went on an Alaskan cruise out of Seattle. There were 6 of us scattered throughout the U.S. It is not an easy task to get us all on the same page! She helpful tips and responded to all our questions. I would use April Hawkins again.
