From the very first time I spoke with April her attention to detail was absolutely amazing. She offered multiple cruises multiple price points with help navigating each one. Once we selected the cruise, she was an absolute pro at ticket purchasing on board credits and information with arrival and departure. I would highly recommend April Hawkins for any type of trip you may have coming up.

Jennifer Coffey made our trip so easy, and we had an absolute blast at Universal. We went to all three parks, and her tips and guides were perfect for what we needed for our trip. We cannot wait to get another trip planned when our kids get a bit older, and we will definitely use Jennifer again.

Not sure how I can even put into words the amount of help and work that was done by Tiffani Edney to get 12 of us on a cruise in under 2 months…and honestly anything I do write will not do her justice. Tiffani was AMAZING to work with and very responsive. We had 23 people ages 9-93 to plan for and she thought of everything and made sure nothing was missed. Kaitlin at Best Day Ever Vacations was a lifesaver! Without her expert knowledge and advice we wouldn’t have been aware of all the things we needed to do/know before we arrived at the Disney Resorts, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and the Disney Wish cruise. Hannah Raines did an amazing job helping us plan our Alaska Disney cruise! She was so responsive and helped us with all of our questions! She helped us with our options between two cruise lines and help us figure out what was best for us. Out was our second time working with her. She was great!!

Our travel agent, Jesska Daugherty, has been awesome from day 1 of planning our Disney World vacation. It was our first time going, and I had a million questions of which Jess was quick with her responses and super thorough. We had to stick to a budget and Jess helped provide options that allowed us to do everything we wanted without feeling like we were missing out. We decided to to take our entire family(27 people) on a vacation and someone mentioned a cruise. A friend of mine had recommended that we get in touch with April Hawkins with Best Day Ever Vacations.
