Tiffany was so incredible in helping us plan our anniversary trip to Disneyland. We had not been in 13 years and so much had changed. I would have been lost in trying to get everything together. She helped us get reservations for the parks for each day we were going to be there, dining reservations, and special events we wanted to do while we were there as well as our hotel stay. Shannon Troyer was the best agent to work with! We actually called the cruise line directly two times but couldn’t get our questions answered - when I contacted Shannon she spent almost an hour on the phone with us - guiding us through all the steps to book our anniversary cruise - answered all the questions we had! She took her time and was very patient with us! We truly felt like we were the most important client she had!! We will definitely use Shannon again for any travel plans we want to make!

Bree was absolutely phenomenal to work with. From helping us book our hotel, to arranging transportation to providing us with a 'best day to go to which park' agenda, to booking our dinner reservations, my daughters Bibbidi Bobbity Boo appointment and even setting reminders to get better time slots as we got closer to vacation time. After trying to set up a Disney World trip for my daughter, granddaughter, great granddaughter, and myself I realized it was overwhelming. We experienced a lot of , patience and Assistance working through all the options to help us create an awesome vacation for my family.
