Our four families (three generations, ages 1-70) all loved going on the Disney Treasure Western Caribbean Cruise (May 16-23). Casey Millwater was incredibly helpful from start to finish, bringing order to a very complex booking & preparation process, answering our numerous questions and providing peace of mind to our whole group. I had a great experience working with Liz Halstead at Best Day Ever Vacations. I found her during a search of Disney vacation planners. We didn't end up going to Disney, but she helped me plan a wonderful vacation to the Bahamas. She was attentive and detailed and I appreciated that. We got a fun package from her before our trip and she followed up after. I will call her again if we plan another trip.

Heidi is the most incredible, travel agent I have ever known! I have referred anyone I know going to Disney to her knowing that she will treat them like family. I cannot recommend Best Day Vacations highly enough! If there were 10 stars, I would rate my experience as 10 stars too!

I booked with Christen and she made this process so incredibly easy! I was new to Disney vacations, and all of the options. It seemed very overwhelming. I was able to tell her what in general I was looking for and she knew exactly which resort hotels I should be considering. She was incredibly thoughtful, speedy, and almost always available. She was able to make last minute adjustments even midday during our stay, and helped coordinate an amazing 5th birthday for my son! We used Claudia Matei with Best Day Ever Vacations and she was the best. She answered my emails so quickly and prepared us for going out of the country for our first time. She gave us many options within our budget and dates which was nice. She also made the payment for flights and the resort super easy. During the craziness of planning our wedding we didn’t have much time or energy to plan a honeymoon and using Claudia made the booking so effortless for us.

Meg was such a great help in planning our family Disney trip. She was there every step of the way & provided us with detailed proactive guidance & instructions for navigating the complicated Disney planning timelines. She was always prompt in responding to our requests for assistance and provided helpful tips for stroller delivery, transportation to and from the airport and for Walmart/Amazon food & snack delivery options.
