I have had Michelle Dunn for all 5 trips we have taken to Disney World and Disney Cruise in the last 3 years. She has been the greatest to work with I just tell what I want and she makes it happen. The thing I love is she has all transportation arranged from when we land in Orlando and when we get back on the plane to Nashville. Have never had a glitch on a trip. I will not use anyone else. I was booking our first cruise with Tara to celebrate mine and my husband's 20th anniversary, my son's birthday, and just our yearly summer vacation all wrapped up into one. Tara was extremely helpful as she was able to answer all of my questions and provided recommendations on hotels and shuttles down near our port. We even spoke in person because I had so many questions. I will be emailing her now to plan our next cruise for next year.

I had the BEST experience working with Swayze and Best Day Ever Vacations! This was my first time planning a large group Disney trip and having it focus on the enjoyment of both Adults and children in the group. Working with Casey from Best Day Ever Vacations was the best decision I could have made for a trip to Universal with my son. I had no clue about any of the parks and what was involved at each one. She was able to answer any questions I had about both Disney and Universal. When I told her the details of what my son likes and how many days we had for the trip, she recommended sticking to Universal and getting express passes since our time was limited.
