Best Day Ever Vacations with Heidi Modesto was absolutely amazing. She booked the resort and the car from Grayson‘s. Grayson’s was absolutely amazing and their drivers were prompt and very nice. I appreciate all that Heidi did to get me on board to go about managing Disney. She also booked Universal Epic for us. Amy Harrison was simply fantastic! She arranged a spectacular family trip to WDW and it was a gift to work with her. What started 364 days ago was for four people in that year it is blossomed to 11. Each step of the way Sandy was there to answer all questions from all 11 different people that all times of the day and night tomorrow we leave for Bermuda where I will be doing a bucket list of diving in the Bermuda triangle Sandy thank you for all your help. Taylor made our trip so easy! I was completely overwhelmed by the thought of planning a Disney vacation. She helped with hotel/resort recommendations and booking, ride reviews, restaurant reviews and booking, and all the logistical nightmares of bringing two young children to Disney.
