Ashley Bandt was amazing! From the planning to execution and even during the trip - she covered it all!!! Her responsiveness and throughness were so valuable! This was my first trip to Disney as a parent, and she took care of everything! We will definitely use her again in the future!

Did our first cruise and chose Best Day Ever. Worked with Tiffani and I simply can't say enough how wonderful it was to work with her! She was very knowledgeable and always very responsive to all my emails and questions. Her advice was spot on for our Alaskan cruise and because of her expertise and efforts, we had an amazing first cruise experience. I will do business with BDE again. If you're looking for an agent, you will not regret Tiffani at BDE. A+

We had Tiffani plan our Disney World trip followed by a 4 day Disney Cruise. She was so helpful in all she did for us. This was probably the most stress free planning for a trip of this nature. I have had Dustin help with two trips so far (one cruise, and one Disneyworld), and he has been fantastic!! He has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in not only the booking, but in reminding me when their is time sensitive add ons that must be booked. It has made both trips go sooooo much smoother than they would have if I was doing all the booking and planning myself. I can't wait for the next vacation so I can reach out and get his help and advice!

We had a wonderful experience working with Natalie to plan our trip to Disney and Universal! This was our first family trip to Orlando, and Natalie was so patient with all of my questions and helping us make the right decisions for our family. Absolutely loved Courtney! She did a fabulous job planning our cruise! I never felt pressured or hurried into making any decisions with her. She is knowledgeable and always responded quickly! I would not hesitate to book with her again. Everything was taken care of and she also contacted us on the ship to make sure all was perfect!!! Also when we returned! Best Day Ever is the best! Courtney was absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful in the planning of our first Royal Caribbean cruise.
