Heather Vandegrift did a great job for our family, for both a Walt Disney World vacation as well as a Disney Cruise. Her quick responses to our questions made it easy to dig through a topic until we felt like we had it settled. She was very knowledgeable and didn't overwhelm us with more detail than we needed at the moment. She even helped us book dining reservations and excursions, at the first opening! Thanks Heather for all the guidance!

Sara Pacheco was the best day ever travel agent! She planned our trip from start to finish. She was easy to work with and would respond within the hour. April Hawkins with Best Day Ever is amazing!! I have used her to book several cruises and I will continue to use her. She takes care of everything and makes it so easy. She is extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails. She has helped us get scooters for my mom for multiple cruises. She gets us discounts after we have booked if they come available. She gives us all the information we need and takes the stress out of booking. I highly recommend her!

Anne McKee did an incredible job in researching and booking our tour of Estonia and Finland. She listened to what we wanted, consulted with us and booked exactly what we wanted. We had needs of having a refrigerator in our room and she made sure we had one in each room. I was so impressed with Ms. McKee's attention to detail and the amount of research she did. Best Day Ever Vacations with Heidi Modesto was absolutely amazing. She booked the resort and the car from Grayson‘s. Grayson’s was absolutely amazing and their drivers were prompt and very nice. I appreciate all that Heidi did to get me on board to go about managing Disney. She also booked Universal Epic for us. Amy Harrison was simply fantastic! She arranged a spectacular family trip to WDW and it was a gift to work with her. She was available to answer all questions, was supremely patient, offered outstanding advice and tips, and was such an important part of making the trip such a success!
