April Hawkins made our trip planning so easy. It was our first time doing a cruise with our almost 2 year old and it was so seamless. She handled everything from payment to room adjustments to reminders. She even helped with another trip! She took the stress of planning away and replaced it with a calm ease!

We are so incredibly grateful for Lauren and all her guidance and assistance in planning the perfect family trip. We weren’t sure where to start or how to navigate what felt like a complex trip. I highly recommend using best day ever vacations! Terri was so helpful, professional and friendly. We were planning to take our daughter to Disneyland for the first time and we wanted it to be extra special and Terri helped us make that happen. Our family traveled to the Dominican this past week with Michelle Dunn’s help. We had a 5am flight that got cancelled around 2am for the next day. Michelle quickly responded to our need to find another flight and had us booked on another flight within the hour. I wasn’t sure what to expect but a return call from Michelle at 3am saved our trip! Highly recommend Michelle and her team!

We worked with April Hawkins to plan a family cruise vacation for eight adults on Royal Caribbean. April was terrific - she answered all questions, was quick to respond, stayed on top of all of the details. It was amazingly simple to use Best Day Ever Vacations and to work with April.
