This was our first experience going to Disney and our agent Jacklyn Lussier was great in explaining everything. She was always available to speak by phone, and always so patient with us. Definitely recommend using best day ever to help plan your trip. We will definitely use best day ever to help us plan our next Disney trip!

Hannah Batres was amazing - so knowledgeable and responsive! We were not “high commissions “ customers at all, yet she went above and beyond to make our Disney trip work. It was like having a family member on your team!! Cannot recommend enough!

I cannot say enough good things. Jennifer Coffey was absolutely FANTASTIC. She payed attention to our requests and gave multiple suggestions, tips, and tricks. Extremely detailed which I completely loved. She helped us coordinate our days and stay and gave great recommendations for our girls. Some for both ages and some specific for each. She kept in constant contact and followed-up instantly with any questions I had leading up to. I plan on using her again for our upcoming trip. Jesska was tremendously helpful in booking our trip as well as providing tips and tricks for each park. As a result of the information we were provided and her assistance on itinerary planning we were able to access the entire park with minimal wait times. Highly recommended her services, even if you think you don’t need it, it was more helpful than I could have imagined.

I was fortunate to find Francesca Wallace to help me book a carnival cruise for myself, daughter and grand daughter. She gave me so much information and attention. I have just completed this cruise.following the advice from Francesca and everything was marvelous from the perfect state room to the Dr Seuss birthday breakfast!! The excursions were suitable for all three…What else can I say? All three if us have magical memories Thank you Francesca

Amy Harrison was absolutely incredible in helping us plan our trip to Disney during Thanksgiving. I was completely overwhelmed, trying to stay on a budget, make choices that would appease everyone in our family, and clueless as to how to navigate all the "extras" like lightning passes, booking dinners, etc. Her patience and prompt responses to questions made us feel at ease as prepared to leave for our vacation. Our trip was absolute perfection thanks to Amy!

Our group used Brenna Rideout to plan and book our first Disney World experience during Thanksgiving week and we are so glad we did. We were very apprehensive of travelling to Disney during such a busy week, and with the kids but Brenna took all of the worry out of it for us. I cannot recommend Jennifer Coffey enough! She recently helped plan our family’s Thanksgiving vacation on Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas, and she made the entire process seamless. ​Jennifer was incredibly patient, especially when we hit some technical hurdles with Royal Caribbean regarding using gift cards for payment.
