Working with Casey from Best Day Ever Vacations was the best decision I could have made for a trip to Universal with my son. I had no clue about any of the parks and what was involved at each one. She was able to answer any questions I had about both Disney and Universal. Our travel agent, April Hawkins, made our first cruise so easy. She was willing to help me as much or as little as I wanted. From booking the cruise to Alaska, setting up hotel rooms in Seattle, booking all flights, providing information on transportation and baby seat rentals and making recommendations for port excursions, she was excellent.
