Hannah Batres assisted our family on Our Disney vacation in March. We were very happy with all the help she gave is. Our trip worked out well and her assistance with getting the Dining we wanted was much appreciazed The grandkids loved all the Character dining especially Cinderella's Castle. We had lunch there and the food was so good. I highly recommend working with Hannah on your travel plans.

I can’t say enough great things about working with Sandy on our first cruise. Not only did she find us savings that could be applied even after we booked our trip, but she was incredibly responsive and compassionate when we had to make muliple changes due to a fellow travelers passing before our vacation. We just returned from our second trip planned by Jackie Lussier and I cannot begin to say how great she is to work with! She’s extremely organized and knowledge le about all things Disney. She’s responsive before and during your trip! By the end of the process you feel like you’ve made a friend! She makes time to make sure you understand each step of the way and is always willing to answer questions. We will be going again in the future and I know exactly who I will call :)

We had a wonderful time working with Heidi! She really helped map out our entire trip to WDW over a very busy time in spring break April 2026. We were able to secure a hotel on property and we really appreciate her guidance and flexibility. She also helped us secure dining reservations that were previously booked out.
