Jaime was there for us every step of the way, even answering questions as we walked around the parks. We were so overwhelmed and she truly made it happen. Every part of our experience felt like it just....happened because of Jaime. I won't ever do it without her! Thank you!!!!!!!!

This was our first cruise.  I am used to making all of the travel arrangements for our trips. Just returned from my first trip to Disney World and thanks to Tiffany, I was able to create so many memories with my family! She took away the stress of planning and helped me experience everything I wanted!! I also ran into an issue on my return trip and she called Disney to help handle that issue. I 100% recommend her for any trips anyone has!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maggie to plan my Disney vacation. Maggie has been A1 for us throughout the process. We had never taken a Disney Cruise before. So she held my hand from beginning to end. Especially because the cruise was a surprise for my daughter 32nd birthday, and we also invited her best friend which was also a surprise. We have been to Disney before and all of the planning is EXHAUSTING. So this time we booked through Alisha at Best Day Ever Vacations and it was SO much more relaxing. She answer questions I had about Lightning Lanes (so worth it BTW). She helped us upgrade our hotel when we decided we'd need more space. She made sure we had a shuttle with carseats so we could travel carseat free! I don't know why I ever travelled without an agent before. We sailed on the Disney Fantasy last month and it was wonderful! I was overwhelmed by the options and not sure how long to sail with little ones on a first cruise, so I reached out to Best Day Ever Vacations. Swayze Reeves was our agent and she was amazing! She helped us choose the right cruise and was there for us the entire way.
