Spent the day running around town looking for a great bed without getting ripped off. I should have come here first. I just got a Beautyrest, form Cameron. I give this place 5 stars because Cameron was no nonsense, he actually knows about mattress and helped me find the right bed for my wife and I. At every other store we visited today, it seemed like they were just trying to up sell with no regard for us. I will be sending all my family and friends to see Cameron (store manager).
Cameron and his team deliver a quality experience, from helping me find the right bed all the way to the delivery service. I personally shopped around the other local mattress stores and really did not feel comfortable with the aggressive sale tactics by the other stores. Cameron keeps this to a minimum, which I appreciate.

We went in February of 2024 to purchase a tempurpedic mattress. The 2 guys working there at that time were very very friendly. We got a $300 cert to spend on stuff and free delivery. Because of that good experience we went back in April to buy another 2 tempurpedic mattresses plus protectors, so a total of about $9000. This time there were another 2 people there, a man and a woman. They came over as rude, when we asked about the other 2 men who helped up 3 months earlier they said they left for a different location. When we ... read more

Erica (spelling may start with an A) seemed great at first, but after the fact I see how sneaky she really is. The whole time making it sound like a no interest loan when really you are signing up for a credit card with more than your original purchase amount. My total was $7400. When I did a credit update I see my credit score went from 800 to 735! At least let me know it's a credit card and not a loan. Ok fine if you wanna say well "you should have known that" then that's cool, but what about the $145 promotional f... read more

Worst place on earth, bad mattresses, bad customer service, try to set you up demanding more money... I both most expensive mattresses, I weight only 120 pounds, I find my self in the hall... they misrepresented there product to me on purpose... I am a lady, they make un proper comments when you try mattress.... I am sickening legal assistance
