NIGHTMARE - RIPOFF Don't shop here!!! Best Mattress advertises 120 day return policy. They told me to buy the Mattress Protectors for $109 each (ouch). The delivery men told me to put them on or they would not take back the mattresses. I did put them on and put my sheets on top. My husband has severe COPD, pneumonia and was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. He has trouble sleeping flat. I went to Best Mattress and bought two twins that came with an adjustable base. The head went up so my husband would be able... read more

BUYER BEWARE, EXCHANGE NIGHTMARE!!! We made it very clear at the beginning that we "may" be back for an exchange because I have not found a mattress I can sleep 100% comfortably in the past 10 years that's why I wanted all the exchange/refund details upfront. After purchased a 2k mattress in July, given 90 days (half of time we didn't even sleep on to be honest) we both still wake up in pain every morning and being 8 months pregnant it's just a nightmare so we finally decided to go back for an exchange. Well Darrick is a great guy, straight forward salesman. Delivery service sucks. They forgot part of my bed and would not come back out because it was closing time.
