Worst place on earth, bad mattresses, bad customer service, try to set you up demanding more money... I both most expensive mattresses, I weight only 120 pounds, I find my self in the hall... they misrepresented there product to me on purpose... I am a lady, they make un proper comments when you try mattress.... I am sickening legal assistance

I've never walked into a store and been so badly treated by a salesperson. I've had some car salespeople come close, but this guy wins the prize. Salesmen today just don't understand that people want to take a breath, look around, and then ask questions. They also don't want to get into a pissing match of who is smarter about what you want. This review is about something other than this Mattress Firm's location. It's about the company's warranty practices. I purchased my Sterns & Foster king-size mattress on May 11th, 2022 for $2,800. No problem. Helpful sales guy, who delivered when they said they would provide it. Fine. In the eight months of having this mattress, it has been used for five out of the eight months, yes, gone sometimes for a month or two at a time. I've been buying mattress's from this store for over 20 years and this is the first time I've had any problems. So long as Derrick is the manger at this location, I suggest you go somewhere else. I needed to do a return and he handled the situation poorly.

Sometimes reviews on Yelp mystify me. This is one of those times. Some of my friends, even, had a better experience with this mattress store than I did. First of all, I don't like to be hustled. I was in a delicate state of mind. I could no longer ignore the lower back and neck pain I was feeling due to an old mattress that my husband and I had kept for way too long.
