Walked into this store to get the $89.00 mattress that is advertised on the window and John was so Judgmental on our purchase. I'm assuming because it wasn't a $5,000 mattress we were in there to purchase. Piss poor customer service but the only good thing was that he insulted us with a smile on his face.

This place is has terrible customer service!! They do everything to sell you a mattress, promise the world and from delivery on forward it's one excuse after another!! They make it sound like you can try a mattress and if you don't like it it's so easy to return... when you come back they charge a huge fee to return the bed plus another restocking fee on top!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

I went yesterday and purchased a mattress, the salesman Dan was great. He helped choose the perfect mattress with great customer service. Scheduled to have the mattress delivered Wednesday afternoon because I had a meeting the next day. Meeting was cancelled called the store and got Bill, asked him if the mattress could be delivered today and he said he would call the and check. He called back and said they could deliver and the delivery guy would call when on there way. I explains to Bill once again that I was at work and ... read more

Sales person not helpful at all.. Bad service. Should be a zero! We forgot the receipt to pick up a mattress box and he said he can't help us like that's the end of the line.. Can't help us.. When the box was finally available he didn't have any rope to help us tie the box... We didn't bring any rope because the last time be bought mattresses at the Rainbow branch we were provided a roll of rope and even lent us his cutter...
