Dan was awesome! He was the only one working in the store when my husband and I came in, but still managed to great everybody without anybody feeling like they were being cut off or neglected. He helped us find the best mattress set for us, as well as everything we needed to go with it. He was not pushy and didn't try to make us go outside our budget at all. Wanted to write one more review. I took advantage of the exchange policy because I was not happy with the bed I got. Labis, who helped me was very helpful and kind. The process was very fast once I found the bed I have now. The 120 day exchange really is nice to have if you don't like what you got and they were not dragging the bit on returning it. It was no problem and I did not have to go through all kinds of people.
Walked into this store on a Wednesday afternoon...... Was greeted ( very enthusiastically ) by CJ... I was looking for a daybed w trundle due to the size of the room I was dealing with...... An hour later I had purchased a new FULL mattress set for my guest room! Thursday morning I received a call from delivery guys..... They were prompt , courteous, friendly.... Bought the perfect mattress for a really great price! The selection is amazing at this location. I went in on the very last day of their Labor day sale and purchased my mattress at a great price. The delivery was very reasonable and I was able to pick which day I wanted it delivered. They were very accommodating when I called the day before my scheduled delivery date to switch my delivery day. I know I'll be back here in 8 years when I need to buy another mattress!
