I came in and found a mattress I liked. Process was easy and fast. It's difficult to tell just by laying on a mattress in the store if it's the right one for you . Thank god they have a 120 day exchange policy. The one I Initially chose was too soft and after 30 day i realized it when it started to break in. When I come back for the exchange I was assisted by Dan. He was extremely helpful and friendly!! Dan was awesome! He was the only one working in the store when my husband and I came in, but still managed to great everybody without anybody feeling like they were being cut off or neglected. He helped us find the best mattress set for us, as well as everything we needed to go with it. He was not pushy and didn't try to make us go outside our budget at all. Dan was awesome, we walked in and found our bed at our goal price, almost instantly!! He was very nice and our daughter even got a Serta Sheep out of the deal that she loves. So everyone was happy! Love the bed still, thanks again Dan!! Robert & Kaitlyn Boozer.

Wanted to write one more review. I took advantage of the exchange policy because I was not happy with the bed I got. Labis, who helped me was very helpful and kind. The process was very fast once I found the bed I have now. The 120 day exchange really is nice to have if you don't like what you got and they were not dragging the bit on returning it. It was no problem and I did not have to go through all kinds of people.

Walked into this store on a Wednesday afternoon...... Was greeted ( very enthusiastically ) by CJ... I was looking for a daybed w trundle due to the size of the room I was dealing with...... An hour later I had purchased a new FULL mattress set for my guest room! Thursday morning I received a call from delivery guys..... They were prompt , courteous, friendly.... Just moved to Vegas and came here to get a couple of mattresses. John really helped us out and got us an amazing deal on the best memory foam mattresses! Couldn't ask for any better help, will definitely be back here if I need another mattress!
