We are very happy with the service that we received from Anjoly at Best Mattress! She really saved the day! We needed a new bed quickly and she went above and beyond to find the models that were in stock and patiently show us our options, even though we came in near closing time. She did not make us feel rushed and explained everything so that we were able to make an informed choice. She got us a wonderful package deal on the mattress plus an adjustable base. Let's face it, after becoming attached to a mattress for years the last thing you want to do is go out and find another one when it wears out, well I did. Once I found the one I liked I price shopped and went to all the different mattress stores. Best Mattress was by far the best price and the customer service provided by Angelie made it real easy to do the transaction here. Amazing customer service I knew what I wanted. They took me right to where I needed to test the bed I wanted, they didn't try to upsell me. They arranged to have the bed delivered the same day and pleasant ladies in the office eager to help regardless of no up sale.

Nate saved my life. He is genuinely the most amazing salesperson and human. He fought for this mattress I need in order to be there for my 15-month old son. He knew how badly I needed this and he was beyond patient and not pushy whatsoever with me. The mattress I had was killing me, I thought I was just stuck with it for the rest of my life.
