Melissa was very knowledgeable and made buying a mattress easy. She walked us through each option and not once did we feel pressure from her to buy a mattress. When we returned the following day she even stayed late to accommodate our hectic schedule so we could have our new bed by the following day! We really appreciate the excellent customer service and expertise she provided!

Melissa was very helpful, we are very excited and can't wait for the delivery of our new mattress. She pretty much walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions, definitely would recommend this location.

This store is great. We had been to a couple other stores and none of them had the selection this Best Mattress has. Anjoly and Melissa were so helpful and let us try every bed, answered all of our questions and never pressured us. We narrowed it to the Serta iComfort 1000. Anjoly is so sweet and we had fun trying all the adjustable bases. The sale for the 4th of July is great.....and we checked and couldn't find a better deal online. They even stayed after closing because we couldn't decide. Can't wait to get our new bed!!!... read more

Melissa was so nice and very knowledgeable about each mattress we tried out. She knew what kind of bed we were looking for and her customer service is 10/10! We will definitely be coming back to her to look for our second bed for our house. Very Happy Customer!

Great experience! Melissa was a great help and was patient with me and my daughter trying out the mattresses and asking questions. I went in with an idea of what I wanted to spend and what I wanted to get. I bought 2 mattresses, box springs and a mattress protector. I am happy that I also got a few deals in the process. As an Engineer, I am perplexed why Box Springs cost so much. Annoying. I recommend going in when they have deals and have an idea of what the beds usually go for, try out all the beds and let your body decide... read more

We stopped into the store just to take a preliminary look before our move, and Melissa was so knowledgeable and helpful that we ended up buying a mattress that day! She took the time to listen to what we wanted and try out a bunch of pillows and mattresses that she thought we would like. We can't wait to have it delivered because we truly feel as though we got the perfect mattress for what we needed. Definitely stop by and see her!

We went to this store mostly just to get an idea of prices for our spare bedroom and a new king for our Master. We met Melissa and she was awesome. I have purchased many beds over the years and I truly believe that she knows more about them then anyone I have ever done business with. Was looking at mattresses and had visited a couple different places. We were really disappointed with the sales people. That is until we walked into best mattress on green valley. Melissa and AJ were outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. We bought a mattress here and will continue to come back for whatever we need.
