From the moment we walked in she greeted us and we explained what kind of mattress we were looking for, she did not waste our time and took us straight to what we wanted and needed. Very patient and led us to the best choices for our specific needs. Very happy! Got a Tempur-Pedic Pro Breeze Hybrid Medium. Big change from my old pillowtop innerspring but I think I will love it. :)
