Phenominal customer service from Melissa. Extremely knowledgable. I was able to get everything i wanted. And everything was in stock, so no wait on delivery. Highly recommend this location if you are in the market for a new mattress.
I started my mattress search at another company, but I wanted a great deal; and better service. As soon as I walked in the store, Anjoly was with another customer, but she smiled, and made sure I felt welcome. Told her I knew what I wanted. No hard upsell; she just showed me a couple of options, and the best for my sleep pattern. She also made sure I got the best deal possible. No hard sell! This is so important to us. Anjoly and Melissa took time to listen to what we were looking and they respected our budget. They gave us information and never pushed anything or talked down to us. What a refreshing experience. Also, there was a great selection to choose from. Highly recommended. You guys are great!

Melissa was very knowledgeable and made buying a mattress easy. She walked us through each option and not once did we feel pressure from her to buy a mattress. When we returned the following day she even stayed late to accommodate our hectic schedule so we could have our new bed by the following day! We really appreciate the excellent customer service and expertise she provided!
