I give Best Mattress no stars. It was a horrible experience. Shawn seemed like a nice person and knew all about the mattresses. He told us that he would take care of us and give us a real good deal. Ha--Ha--Ha what a lie. They are supposed to have the BEST prices, but no they do not. Beware - do not buy from them. Very disappointed!!! I purchased 2 queen sets and wanted to return the unopened, unused because the other matress was simply too soft. I am unable to return a matress that is new and unopened Ed becuase it doesn't qualify for their matress guarantee, I can return the other one that I paid 700 for ...Provided I pay almost $240 bucks and tax on the return fee. Being a repeat customer, I understand the matress is a " personal item" but I am more than willing to keep the one we have used...My only options are exchange with a fee... read more

My experience at this store with Kris was great however I was obviously lied to. We purchased a tempurpedic flex elite mattress and adjustable base. We agreed to purchase the discontinued floor model which has been great but the mattress I was told we were receiving was being discounted due to the fact they had several mattresses left over from a show and Kris guaranteed me that it had never been slept on. 3 yrs ago I purchased a mattress set from them after trying out the mattresses in the store. What I recieved and what i got were 2 different things. the mattress in store was sturdy and firm.. I was delivered a mattress that had the same fabric as in store but was extremely too soft.. IT swallowed you after about 6 months the mattress made me feel like a taco. If I could give negative stars, I would. The first man I encountered was very helpful and got me to put a down payment on a mattress to save the sale price. I go in four days later to buy my mattress in full and the second salesman I encountered was rude, pushy, and overbearing. He didn't want to give me my initial receipt back (literally stopped me from grabbing it off of the table and acted very shady.).
