Great experience with Kris at this store. Let me start by saying that I think the mattress industry doesn't make the process of selecting a mattress easy. There should be standards that can be used to compare mattresses from level to level, brand to brand. Visited two other stores by the competitor you see on every corner and was either not helped by staff who didn't know anything, or had to deal with a pushy sales person trying to steal me to something I didn't want. I went here with my sister after she had a horrid experience at competitor. Needless to say we walked in very on guard. The sales man who greeted us was Shawn. He was very quick and informative and was trying to not be too pushy. Which was MUCH appreciated. He pointed out some good options and left us to ourselves for a bit. I brought this amazingly comfortable Sherwood mattress and at a fair price! Thank goodness for the Memorial Sale. I just moved here from Hawaii and wanted something at an affordable price. The sales rep named Kris helped me. He was very nice and even gave me a bottle of water. I explained to him I am looking around. I drove all over Henderson and even drove to the strip. moved here from Hawaii and needed a bed on the first night, Josh helped us, he let us try the different kinds of i comfort! he helped us decided which bed was best for us by asking us about what kind of bed we have used in the past, we were able to settle on a bed in less than an hour and had it delivered that same day! Josh is very knowledgeable and humorous! Amazing service on a cal king Simmons Beautyrest! Ordered at 12:30 and it was delivered the same day at 3 pm. Free delivery as well! So far so good. Thank you!

Go here!!! The salesman Shawn was extremely helpful, nice and personable. He helps us so much and I love what he told us: You start there now business, you will be very tired and you need good mattress. You know, I will ask my manager for free delivery. You need sleep good! ... great man!!! and ... the mattress was for great price.

Wow! We took my father in-law in just to look at prices ... We met Shawn and man he blew us away with not just his genuine personality but he knowledge of mattress and actual sleep studies. He didn't just up sell a mattress, he sold us on a good night sleep. He made my father in-law feel so comfortable and really put his mind at ease about the price and why we are spending the amount in mattress. I just purchased a Beauty Rest mattress. Shawn was my salesman. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Good prices. Delivery went great. This is the second mattress I have purchased from Best Mattress. There is a mattress store on every corner. Don't waste your time going any where else.

Any store can sell a product but what happens after the sale is just as important. I have purchased several matresses and have a sagging issue. Steve in the past and Shawn recently helped get the inspector sent to my house and I was able to get a new mattress with out any problems. They employees are great, the prices are comparable and the service after the sale is the best! Do go anywhere else for a mattress! I also recommend the mattress protector that they sell.
