Purchased a new mattress there back in December. Experience was great. Sales team was informative but not pushy. I have had the mattress for just a few months but I am getting a much better night sleep so I am very happy with my decision.
Sean was very knowledgeable and answered the questions other stores could not answer. Delivery was right on time and extremely efficient. The whole delivery of the new mattresses and removal of the old one was completed in less than fifteen minutes!
Best mattress is realy the best ! My husband and I recently purchased two mattresses from the sales rep Shawn Spierer. He was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the best mattress for our master bed and our guest bed. The customer service at Best Mattress on Warm Springs Rd, in Henderson IS as good as it gets! My son and I were acknowledged as we entered the front door. Shawn, the sales person, was with another customer and told us he would be right with us. Our experience at Best Mattress was the best service. Sean took amazing care of us. He informed and taught us about different mattress cooling options and showed me many options that satisfied our specifications. Sean was very friendly and knowledgable about the mattress industry. We would definitely recommend buying a mattress at this Best Mattress location! Overall we had an amazing experience and will be back in the future.
Could not be happier!!! As a combat vet who struggles to sleep I needed to find a good mattress but I was wary of a pushy salesperson. We went to a few other matress places before, including the sears in the same shopping center. Shawn was the most knowledgeable sales person by far. He was patient when I had to play Goldilocks to find the right mattress but we finally did! I really appreciate the knowledge he had, which I find so rare in customer service nowadays. He even got us scheduled for same day delivery! I like the 120 day warranty on the mattress too. No high pressure sales here, just good old fashion great customer service!
The sales rep, Faron, was Super amazing and helpful for my first time mattress purchase. I truly believe I received the BEST price in town!!!!
