The salesman, Troy, was great to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy going to work with. No sales pressure at all. We also dealt a bit with with Joe and Steve who were very accommodating, as well. There are tons of places to buy mattresses and it can be very overwhelming. We needed a mattress for one of our guest bedrooms and visited a number of mattress stores in Henderson. Because it was a guest mattress, we didn't want to spend a king's ransom, but also didn't want to provide our guests with a horrible night's sleep. In each store, the salespeople were either overbearing and pushy, or would immediately show us either their cheapest, lowest quality mattress, or something that was just unreasonably expensive for a guest bedroom. Waaaay overdue for a bed upgrade and we got a sweet deal during their "King for a Queen" promotion.... Aireloom beds are soooooo comfortable! (Same beds are in the White House) You gotta feel it to believe it....The perfect bed IMO... No more tossin' and turnin':).....ALOHA!!!
Update on my situation I went in today spoke to Dave courteous as always my only concern is right now I have to wait maybe two weeks for an exchange when I first bought the mattress I had same-day service now might have to wait two weeks for the exchange it is what it is you learn from your mistakes I guess
I purchased a new Simmons Beautyrest Black mattress wirh box spring and frame back in May of 2019. Thats less than a year ago. It sags! Bad! It has strings hanging from every button attachment. QUALITY SUCKS!! This is their top of the line product! Best mattress sent out a independent investagator who measured the sag, mis-reported the measurements, refused me a copy of the actual photos. 3 and a 1/2 years after I wrote a 5 star review for 3 mattresses that we bought, the mattresses have failed miserably. All 3 mattresses have caved in are completely uncomfortable I need to be replaced . I'm sorry a mattress that cost that much should last more than 3 and a 1/2 years. I welcome best mattress to contact me in figure out what we can do.
I usually do not write bad reviews, but more and more bad things happened with this company. I bought a California king mattress a couple weeks ago for more than $2,500 and then I bought a bed frame that fits a California King Mattress. As soon as I put my new mattress on the bed frame, there was a HUGE difference in size between the two. I decided to measure the mattress and realized that it was 69x80" instead of 72x84" which is a normal California king mattress size. The initial service is good (which it should be when giving someone your money), but please be aware if you have any defective materials or a need to request warranty support. We purchased a defective mattress, which was subsequently inspected by the manufacturer, and agreed to be defective and would be replaced. Our only alternative was to purchase a new mattress (which of course costs more) and apply a partial credit from the defective mattress.
