It was a good experience. Theyre pretty trustworthy and pretty straightforward. They weren't really willing to bargain at all on the car, which is fine. It was a good price to begin with.
Excellent customer service team. Explained to me where my car was in the service queue and what the delays were. Communication is the key and Beyer's Subaru shows it. 4 th car I have bought from them as they make you feel like family.

Quality of the service advisor Shay. Attentive to my needs and the suggestion of additional surrounding the check engine repair. Dislike the check out and checking in of the loaner I was provided. Attitude mostly.
The service was excellent, very timely and efficient and included a car wash. The waiting area is very comfortable also.
