Pete was a fantastic salesperson to work. No pressure on several visits to look at vehicles. Shows great pride and knowledge about in the cars he is selling. We test drove different models and discussed features with him. Then he negotiated a fair price and we got through the buying process quickly and easily. Highly recommend Pete at Beyer Subaru!

Sandie at Beyer Subaru was outstanding! Took my car in for a safety inspection with no prior appointment. Told me it would be 90 minutes and did not charge for the inspection. Not sure if this was as a long-standing customer there, but it was very much appreciated!

Verg complete. Service asvisorup to date on all aspects of the service. Would like to see some interaction with the mechanics doing the work. After tge service advisor tells me what needs to be done take me to the mechanis and have then show me. Breeds confidence two ways.

I liked the way the service activities were performed and the manner in which the dealer has worked to try and make this a good experience for the customer. Unfortunately, the implementation of a new automated scheduling process is not very effective as the appointment I thought I had scheduled had not been recorded in the service dept records. But, a helpful service tech was able to get my car in and service performed in spite of this glitch.

Shay is an excellent Service Advisor. She answers my questions and I trust her advice. She responds promptly to my calls or texts. She works with me and explains why and or what is a must do service. I bought this car used in NC(2013) as my 2000 Chevy Blazer was not worth putting more money into it. 2012 with 8,000 miles.As I am retired now and 75 I am hoping this is my forever car. New cars are way out of my fixed income budget. Love Beyer Subaru.
