Seems fine. Service Advisor was new to me. Never checked in about anything during or after so assume no issues. Car was washed after and supposedly cleaned inside but wasn't really done well. Mirrors moved and headrests too. Not put back. Should have been or at least informed about it.

Easy to schedule. Clean well appointed and stocked waiting area. Top notch mechanical service. Service coordinator was on her "A Game" from start to finish to follow up.
Not sure I wasn't sold things my car didn't need.
