My service wait time was vey pleasant. The staff was vey friendly and kept me informed. I was at the dealership for my first 10k mile check. The lounge is spacious with comfortable seating, has a barstool area for laptop workers or eaters, and has a nice area for children. I loved the coffee machinemany options and the snack bar. Wasn't able to bring my car in until later in the afternoon after work and they could not get to it that day. They kindly provided me with a loaner car and completed the service the following day. Service was completed the following day. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle and replaced the wiper blades for free.
