I had an early time slot (7:00 a.m.) I chose to stay while Subaru worked on my car, there was the waiting area where others and I waited until maintenance service our cars. There were hospitality refreshments, and I was able to watch my favorite show (CBS Mornings) without missing a beat. The staff was kind especially helping me work their upgraded coffee/tea machine that uses a fancy pod-pad. Check in/out was a breeze and washed my car after servicing was a bit surprising but, I did love it. Good Subaru
