Big Bear Roofing company's Rory Isaac came out and spent quality time with me discussing the different avenues to approach removing and replacing my roof and considering the weather which at that time was raining a lot. Got the materials on site. We waited for the right day. Wow! They came in with a team and set up tarps ready to keep my garage and house dry. It took all day and even replace rotten wood. It was a great experience! Communication, delivery, dealing with precision oriented HOA, attention to detail ( caught manufacturing defect and stopped the install to prevent long term issues), + fussed over color of exhaust pipes to match roof, clean up was quick! Would recommend to all without reservation
