They went above and beyond taking care of many small things that others over look. Every detail and concern was met with instant feedback and everything I asked or looked for was taken care of. I'm the end I received the best roof this house has ever had and a company that I would trust again. I highly recommend them if you even think you may need a new roof.

I am so disappointed that I even have to leave this less than stellar review, but here we are... Big Bear Roofing was contracted repair my roof. That was successfully done. Unfortunately Big Bear used an unreliable subcontractor to do the repairs in my bathroom for my insurance claim. The work was not completed to the scope AT ALL! My bathroom was a complete gut job due to water damage & mold, including replacing the subfloor and vinyl flooring.. None of this was done. $17k worth of work and NOTHING to show for it. Have people capable of compassion for others working.
The salesman was fantastic. He could sell snowballs to Eskimos. We waited about 3 weeks to get them to start. Not as explained when we signed the contract. I was calling them for updates. I never saw any of the people that the salesman and coordinators spoke of. The crew that was here was completely Hispanic. There was one that spoke a little English but not fluently.
